The Basic Elements Kinesiology Wellbeing Guide

Over the years, I have sent so many of my beautiful clients off with little pieces of paper covered in wisdom, home reinforcements and suggestions of books to read, things to watch and crystals to buy to support their wellness. 

Whilst I will always send you off with little pieces of paper and wisdom, I have written this guide so when you are ready you can choose to empower yourself! Think of it like a big, enormous poster sized piece of paper with my love and committment to your health written all over it!

Owned by two of my old school buddies - this Sydney Rd set up is full to the brim of my favourite organic brands and goodies, served with a big smile from the girls! 

Sandy Lane Farm (UK)
Our beautiful friends at the family owned Sandy Lane Farm greet us by name every Thursday when we pop into the farm shop to stock up for the week. They also host amazing seasonal dinners twice a year which showcases their delicious produce. Farm Shop is open Thursday 11am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 2pm. 

The Willow Basket (UK) 
The beautiful Jane is our chief supplier of nuts, figs, cereals, tea, beans and other dry goods essential to our diet. And should you ever be tempted she also has some very, very delicious ice cream!

The one place in Melbourne I can eat everything on the menu, and most days I want to eat all of it in one sitting. Amazing breakfast, brunch, lunch, snacks and a huge range of alternative milk based lattes!

The sidekick of the famous Brunswick St mecca Vegie Bar, Girls & Boys makes the best vegan soft serve (and other flavours of course) in the land.

A changing menu daily, homemade creations full of flavour and deliciousness - and half of them are always vegan options! 

The Happy Place 
One of our fave Melbournians, Lola Berry, started a smoothie cafe. That was it. We want to live here. And she sells crystals here as well!

If only this was here when I was at High School... providing Gluten Free and Vegan Ice Cream options in High St, Northcote! The Peanut Butter Oreo is worth the visit alone!

Preseli Hills - Pembrokeshire, Wales
Home to Preseli Bluestone, which make up inner circle of stones at Stonehenge. It is only site in the world where you can find these magical stones. The stones have been scientifically tested and found that one in five of them has a musical resonance! These hills are open, full of sheep (very fit sheep!) and the walks are self guided - as is the expansion you experience there. 

Chalice Well - Glastonbury, England
